To register for the MyNCH Health Portal, contact your NCH PhysicianРІР‚в„ўs Group office or NCH Facility that you are established with. NCH is now vaccinating anyone aged 12 and older at our Immediate Care Centers in Mount Prospect, Palatine, Kildeer, Schaumburg and Buffalo Grove and at our Outpatient Care Center on the campus of Harper College. The MyNCH Health Portal is HIPAA compliant and offers security while viewing, storing and sharing your health information.

All are required to wear a mask when entering any NCH facility and throughout their stay.
